Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Quick and easy healthy breakfast ideas:

3 Ingredients:

2 Ripe bananas

2 Eggs

1 Cup Oats

1 Mix-ins / toppings ( optional ; vanilla extract, cinnamon, nuts , berries etc... )


The Process:

Simply blend the bananas, eggs & oats together really well ( preferably on a blender) & cook them on a skillet ( I used non stick) like you would on any other pancakes. Though make sure to let them cook through on one side before flipping as this is a little bit more fragile than flour pancakes.


If you use any large mix-ins like berries or nuts , sprinkle them on after you place the batter onto skillet before flipping. Too much mix - ins will fall apart or you can just simply garnish it on top once cooked.
